We're back! What better way to celebrate 25 years of Recordstore than with a brand new website!
We’re still the same online record store you know and love, but we've been working hard over the last few months to bring you a new, super easy to use store - with all the latest releases from your favourite artists!
What does this mean for you?
- You'll need to create a new web account - but don't worry, it won't take long. Simply head to the new ‘My Account’ area on the site and you’ll find the simple instructions on how to get set up!
- You might notice some products are missing... This is only temporary! We’ve made sure the latest releases and brand-new arrivals are ready to shop right now. We’ll also be adding more and more products each day, so make sure you check back to see what’s new!
- We still have your existing order, and this will ship to you as normal. You can check the status of your existing orders here. However, if you would like to get in touch about an order you have already placed, please contact our Customer Service team here.
