Yes – As per your 14-day cooling-off period, you have the right to cancel your order if this is not already in distribution. To do this, you can contact our Live Chat Team or submit a cancellation request with our Customer Service Team by contacting them here.
We are quick to send your order to our warehouse after the order has been placed, so there may be occasions when we’re unable to cancel your order before it has been processed and moved into distribution with our warehouse team. Therefore, we urge all customers to contact us immediately to see if we can action your cancellation request before it has moved into distribution and shipped.
If we cannot cancel your order successfully, it will need to be returned to us for a full refund once this has arrived. Please see a link to our return information here. If you have selected Split Shipping, your cancellation request will only apply to the items not yet received. Therefore, all received items must be returned to us so the remainder of your refund can be processed.
If your order is a pre-order with a future release date, there is a larger window to cancel your order before dispatch. Still, depending on when the cancellation request has been submitted to our team, there may be a chance that your order has already moved into distribution and cannot be cancelled before it’s dispatched.
