As we’re quick to process your order at our warehouse it’s not possible to make any changes. If you require an amendment to your order that includes increasing the quantity of an item purchased, adding additional products to your existing order, or merging multiple orders into one shipment, we are unable to process this, and your order will need to be cancelled. Please note, that as we aim to process your order immediately after it has been placed, we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation of your order. If your order is a pre-order with a future release date, there is a larger window to cancel your order before dispatch. Still, depending on when the cancellation request has been submitted to our team, there may be a chance that your order has already moved into distribution and cannot be cancelled before it is dispatched so please follow the cancellation process above if you need to amend your order.
