We’re quick to drop your order at our warehouse immediately after the order has been placed, there is a high chance that we’d be unable to amend the delivery address for your order. We advise you to contact our Customer Service Team via our Live Chat system to request an amendment of your delivery address by clicking here, however, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to amend your address if your order is already in distribution.
You can make an amendment to your Preferred Delivery Address for future orders via the ‘My Account’ section of the store. From here, you’ll be able to update the preferred delivery address saved for your account, so all future orders placed will automatically be sent to your preferred delivery address.
UK-Based Customers:
If the address is incorrect and your order is undeliverable, the order will be returned to us by the postal service handling your parcel. Our Customer Service Team will be in touch regarding this via email. If you have not heard from us within 1-7 business days from the Shipment Date and are unable to retrieve your order by checking with your local depot to see if they are holding this for you, then please get in touch with our Customer Service Team here, who will be happy to assist you!
Rest of World Customers:
