1. Check your confirmation email
If you haven’t received your order, it could be because the release date hasn’t passed yet and we will ship your order to you on the day of or before the release date depending on when we receive the item from our supplier, but we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know!
2. Track Your Order
If you’ve received a dispatch email you can use the link provided to you in your email to track your order. To see a list of our couriers and their contact information, please click here!
Alternatively, you can track your order via the ‘My Order’ section of your Shopify account!
If the tracking doesn’t show any updates yet, please don’t worry as it can take a little longer than expected for the order to be updated on the carriers’ systems or there could be a delay, but it should update shortly. We ask that you please allow the estimated delivery time frame for your order to arrive.

3. Await the estimated delivery date
If you’ve received your dispatch email and are still waiting for your order, we ask that you please allow the delivery time frame for your order to arrive, delivery time frames can be found in your dispatch email, but you can also click here!
4. I still haven’t received my order
If the estimated delivery time frame has passed, we ask that you please allow some extra time for your order to be delivered.
There could be delays, especially during busier times so our carriers will be doing their best to get the order to you.
