Within Returns Policy Timeframe:
You can return an item within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund if it’s in its original condition.
All returns are inspected, and you may not be entitled to a full refund if the return does not adhere to the below conditions:
- Item must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- Item must not be a limited availability item.
- Returned in FULL if part of a bundle e.g., if you have ordered a signed CD the art card must be returned with the CD.

UK Returns: Up to 7 business days for your order to arrive at the warehouse, your refund will then be processed within 7 days of your order being received at our warehouse.
Rest of World Returns: Up to 15 business days for your order to arrive at the warehouse, your refund will then be processed within 7 days of your order being received at our warehouse.
Please note, that all refunds take a further 3 - 5 business days once processed and up to a maximum of 14 days to reflect in the account of the payment method you used to place the order.
Outside of Returns Policy Timeframe:
If more than 28 days have passed since you received your order, you’re no longer eligible for a full refund. However, you may be able to return your order for a replacement item or a voucher code of your order value. For assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service Team here!
