You have the right to cancel your Pause Artwork before this has been dispatched from our warehouse. To do this, you can contact our Live Chat Team or submit a cancellation request with our Customer Service Team by contacting them 'here'. Please ensure that you specify whether your cancellation request is for the full order or an individual item.
We aim to print, package and dispatch your order as soon as it has been placed, so there may be an occasion where we are unable to cancel your order before this has been shipped. Therefore, we urge all customers to get in touch regarding their cancellation request as soon as possible. If we were unable to cancel your order, it will need to be returned to us for a full refund once this has arrived. Please see a link to our return information 'here'.
Please note, if you have ordered multiple Pause Artwork prints, we are only able to cancel your order in full and cannot remove individual products from your order. If you need to reinstate any products that were cancelled in full, you will need to do this by placing a new separate order via the store.
