Can I cancel or amend my order?

• You can cancel your Pre -order before we process it by contacting us here.
• All non pre orders are not able to be cancelled regardless of timeframe.
• We are not able to amend or add to your order. 
• We are not able to merge orders.

Can I change my delivery address?

• You can change your delivery address before we process your order by contacting us here.
• We are not able to change your delivery address once your order has been processed by our warehouse team so get in touch as soon as possible. 
• If the address is incorrect, once your order has been dispatched, it will be undeliverable, and your order will be returned to us by the carrier. We will contact you immediately once we receive it at our warehouse.

• We do not deliver to freight forwarding companies. Any order with a freight forwarding address will be cancelled.

When will you send my Pre-order?

• We often offer products on pre-order; we aim to ship pre-orders on or around the release date. Check your order confirmation email for the release dates. Please note release dates are subject to change. We will contact you if your order has a release date change,
